The whole-company review: we look at the money, process, technology, and structure the way an investor would before buying in - then hand you a plain-English plan for what to fix and in what order.
We keep the books clean and read them back to you; real margins, cash flow you can plan around, and numbers good enough to stand up to a lender or a buyer.
Lean Six Sigma process work, written SOPs, software cleanup and automation so the business stops running through the owner's phone and starts running on a system.

Before your enroll
Is there a setup fee?
No. Starting a business is costly and stressful. We understand that. In lieu of a setup fee, we simply as for a minimum 12-month agreement to assist us in recouping our onboarding and initial costs to serving you.
Do I need QuickBooks already?
No, we set it up and configure it with you. The QuickBooks subscription itself is billed separately to you by Intuit.
What if I outgrow the bundle?
That's the point. Clients graduate into Monthly Bookkeeping, the higher Website Package, and/or the Modified or full Sigma Partnership as the business grows. We grow with you, when you're ready.
Is there a contract?
Yes - there is a 12-month agreement. That's what lets us waive setup fees and the front-load the real work: we build a basic website, books, and plan up front and recoup it over the year while you get everything at the beginning.
What happens after the 12 months?
The bundle rolls into a month-to-month at the same rate, or you have the option to graduate at anytime during the process to the Monthly Partnership option. Your call.
